Are you one of those guys who doesn’t wash his hands after using the restroom? Be honest! Whether you do or you don’t, let this photo serve as your daily reminder to WASH YOUR HANDS.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, hand washing is the single most effective thing one can do to reduce the spread of infectious diseases. We don’t know about you, but the above photo definitely puts that in perspective for us. Can you say yuck! If this photo doesn’t make you think twice about shaking hands with others, consider these findings from a study conducted by Michigan State University researchers:

– Fifteen percent of men didn’t wash their hands at all, compared with 7 percent of women.

– When they did wash their hands, only 50 percent of men used soap, compared with 78 percent of women.
