8 Summer Cocktails For Your Summer Celebrations

Nothing says summer like sun, fun, and booze. As the summer temperatures heat up, we want to help you cool-down with some very tasty and unique summer cocktails. Drink up and enjoy your summer with these 8 refreshing drinks for your summertime pleasure.

Berry Summer Smash
1.5 oz. CÎROC® Red Berry
4 blueberries
2 strawberries
4 wedges of lime
1 oz. simple syrup
Preparation: Muddle blueberries, strawberries, and lime wedges in the base of a martini shaker. Add CÎROC® Red Berry and simple syrup. Shake well. Strain into rocks glass over ice and garnish with a lime wedge.

Daisy de Santiago
2 parts BACARDÍ Superior Rum
3/4 part freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 part sugar syrup
1 1/2 part Yellow Chartreuse
Fresh berries and a mint sprig
Preparation: Pour the BACARDÍ Superior rum, freshly squeezed lime juice and sugar syrup into a mixing glass then add some ice cubes and stir briefly. Next fill a wine goblet with crushed ice and pour the liquid from the mixing glass into the goblet. Garnish with mint and seasonal fresh fruit. Finish off by floating the Chartreuse on top.

Captain Morgan’S Sunset Sipper
1.5 oz. Captain Morgan Pineapple Rum
1 oz. Orange Juice
1.5 oz. Coconut Cream
Ground Nutmeg / Cinnamon Blend
Preparation: Shake all & strain over ice into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with dusted nutmeg/cinnamon.

Jack Honey Lemonade
1 part Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
3 parts lemonade
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a tall glass over ice and garnish with a cherry.

Pine Beetle Punch

1 oz. Wyoming Whiskey
1/3 oz. Chateau Monet
5 Dashes Orange Bitters
Hearty Splash Cranberry Juice
Preparation: Combine ingredients and fill remainder of glass with Ginger Beer and stir.

Blood & Sand
3/4 oz Manhattan Moonshine
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz Cherry Herring
3/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice.
Preparation: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, shake and strain into a chilled Martini Glass. Garnish with an Orange Twist.

Watermelon Cooler Horchatas
1 bottle of Watermelon Ginger Lime Califia Farms
4.5 cups vodka
Preparation: Combine ingredients and garnish with a watermelon wedge (alternate: use Strawberry Basil). Makes 6 cups.

Bitter Orange Cream Soda
1.5 oz Patrón XO Café Dark Cocoa
3-4 oz Orange Soda
1 tsp Bonne Maman Orange Marmalade (optional)
Orange wheel or twist for garnish
Preparation: Pour Patrón XO Café Dark Cocoa into a Collins glass. Top with ice. Add orange soda til fizzy. Add orange marmalade (optional). Garnish with an orange wheel or twist.
