It is unclear what caused this guy to strip nude, run into traffic, attempt to lift a taxi cab, and shout “please give me strength”, but what is clear is that it was bizarre to say the least.

When the police arrived and attempted to detain this guy, things got even weirder when the delusional man ran for cover and hid under a police van. Of course he was eventually arrested.
