We had the pleasure of attending Under Armour’s 7th Annual Elite 24 which showcases the top high school basketball players in the nation and we must say it definitely is a noteworthy event for true basketball fans. Coached by Under Armour Elite 24 alumni NBA players Brandon Jennings (Milwaukee Bucks) and Kemba Walker (Charlotte Bobcats), this year’s event was held in Venice Beach, California. Some of the top high school players on the court included: Tyus Jones, Julius Randle, Emmanuel Mudiay, Andrew Harrison, Aaron Harrison, Aaron Gordon, Andrew Wiggins, Justise Winslow, Brannen Greene, Marcus Lee, Keith Frazier, Rashad Vaughn, and Emmanuel Mudiay. Minnesota Timberwolves Derrick Williams who was the second pick of the 2011 NBA draft and Los Angeles Clippers DeAndre Jordan served as assistant coaches.
