The internet is a strange, huge beast. It is getting bigger, faster and more mobile each day. Ferocious social networks fight each others to be on top and gain more of our attention and personal information. Back in 2008 MySpace and Facebook were fighting it out neck to neck for the top spot in the global race to be the top social network. Facebook is now the clear winner, but smaller contenders like Foursquare are winning more users at a steady pace. Lady Gaga is Twitter’s most followed user with 8,400,000+ followers. This is the face of the internet now.
