At this point Miley Cyrus should permanently change her name to Ratchet Cyrus. Terry Richardson recently released photos of Miley Cyrus aka “Miss Ratchet” from her visit to his studios and of course she’s doing what she does best as of late, twerking. In a series of pictures which appear to be outtakes from a shoot she did with Terry for Harper’s Bazaar, Miley sports a “rap music” sweatshirt, puffs on a cigarette in a couple of the shots, gives the camera the middle finger, and rocks Terry’s signature black rimmed glasses.
