When you think of a Playboy models, you think of tattoos and piercings, right? For Playboy model Megan Medellin it all started with her first tattoo (pictured above) in July. She even took to Facebook to let her fans know “I just got my first tattoo! It’s a fertility symbol, hope it works!” Fast forwarding a few months later and she has know added a Dermal Anchor neck piercing to that same tattoo. For a webcam girl who lost her virginity at age 13, it’s hard to believe she only has two tattoos.
