Hot on the heels of Jay Z’s second annual “Budweiser Made In America” festival, Showtime released the trailer for the documentary that chronicles the makings of last year’s inaugural event. With acts that included Kanye West, Pearl Jam, Drake, Run DMC, Skrillex, AfroJack, Calvin Harris, Chris Cornell, Janelle Monae and of course Jay Z, it was impossible to find fault in the first ever “Budweiser Made In America” festival.
It was only right that Jay-Z and Ron Howard team up to make what appears to be a stellar documentary about the first event. In the trailer, both Run and DMC from the legendary group Run DMC, Rita Ora, and others can be seen talking about how music changes lives along with some rather funny moments from an old lady who appears to live in the neighborhood where the concert is going down. She made it clear she wasn’t happy, but others who watched the concert whether live and in person or on the convenient YouTube stream would gladly disagree.
