A few weeks ago I wrote about Vans kicking off their MLB ‘Opening Day’ collection with the Boston Red Sox’s Vans Vault. Today, Vans finally revealed not one, but three limited edition Los Angeles Dodger sneakers from their collection.
To celebrate the Los Angeles Dodgers Opening Day, Vans released the Sk8-Hi LX, the Mid Skool LX, and the 106 LX. Only 12 pairs of each shoe in the collection were made and each comes with a matching Majestic Authentic Jersey. The Sk8-Hi LX will only be available at Conveyor at Fred Segal in Santa Monica. The SK8-Hi “LA Dodgers” version will be released through Proper, and the Mid Skool LX’s will be available at UNDFTD’s Silverlake store. All three shoes go on sale Tuesday, April 13.
