The New York International Auto Show is in full swing, and several automotive companies are giving us a first glimpse of new vehicles. Many well-known nameplates are slated to hit the road, including Lexus, which will be unveiling the all-new 2016 Lexus RX. As one of Lexus’ best-selling models in the brand’s history, the all-new 2016 RX doesn’t disappoint if you love aggressive performance and bold styling.
The new, fourth-generation RX offers a luxurious interior, chiseled body, and exceptional on-road performance. The 2016 RX also boasts safety technologies like the innovative Lexus Safety System+. The latest model is a smart blend of cutting-edge technology, functionality, bold style, and, of course, the luxury that we’ve long associated with the Lexus brand. Taken together, the RX sport utility definitely makes a statement.
With the 2016 RX, you can expect enhanced handling, straight-line stability, and an upgraded, more powerful 3.5-liter V6 engine that delivers 300 HP with direct injection. The outside of the car has a completely new front end highlighted by an emboldened spindle grille with an aggressive front bumper. The rear appearance has also been sharpened. On the inside of the new RX, enjoy high-quality trim along with a larger information display area, which features a 12.3-inch monitor with a full-screen map. Invite several of your friends for a ride to make use of the outboard rear seats with a 60/40 power-folding second row.
The new 2016 Lexus RX is expected to hit dealerships late this year. While we don’t know about pricing just yet, you can learn more about the additional upgrades to the all-new 2016 Lexus RX (and the RX F Sport version), at Lexus.com.
