That’s Mr. Awesome to you. First Chad Johnson becomes “Ocho Cinco” now some guy changed his name (legally) to Captain Awesome. Alrighty then… So, here is the story.

An unemployed (he has too much time on his hands) cabinet maker formerly known as Douglas Allen Smith Jr. decided to change his name after he was inspired by the TV show “Chuck.” Apparently, there is a character on the show by the name of Dr. Devon “Captain Awesome” Woodcomb. Doug Mr. Awesome was so remarkable in conveying why he is so awesome, he convinced a judge that the name change was in order. Now that is AWESOME!
