Summer, summer, summertime is here, and nothing’s more delicious than an ice-cold drink when the weather warms up. Kicking off this summer season, we went to CÎROC Summer School of Mixology to learn how to prepare some refreshing recipes. From coco light martinis to red berry sangrias, we mixed up some very yummy cocktails with all sorts of ingredients including fruits, coconut water, and even spicy jalapeños. You may be thinking to yourself, “There is nothing manly about Sangria and fruit.” Well, we assure you there is nothing girly about these drinks, either. In fact, offering a girl one of these classy cocktails just may help you score.

1. CÎROC Coco Light Martini
1.5 Ounce Unsweetened Coconut Water
1.5 Ounce CÎROC Coconut
1 Ounce Pineapple Juice
.25 Ounce Fresh Lime Juice
Preparation: Fill shaker with ice, add all ingredients, shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

2. CÎROC Red Berry Sangria
(Pitcher)
10 oz CÎROC Red Berry
10 oz Rose Wine
5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
5 oz Simple Syrup
20 oz Berry Tea
Preparation: Stir over ice in 64 oz pitcher.

(Single Glass)
1 oz CÎROC Red Berry
1 oz Rose Wine
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Berry Tea
Preparation: Stir over ice in wine glass.

3. CÎROC Chic

1.5 oz CÎROC Vodka
1.5 oz pomegranate juice
1 oz pineapple juice
Preparation: Fill shaker with ice, add all ingredients, shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with pineapple slice.

4. CÎROC Amaretto Sangria
(Pitcher)
10 oz CÎROC Amaretto
10 oz Pinot Noir Wine
5 oz Orange Liqueur
5 oz Simple Syrup
5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
15 oz Sparkling water with lemon
Preparation: Stir over ice in 64 oz pitcher.

(Single Cocktail)
1 oz CÎROC Amaretto
1 oz Pinot Noir Wine
.5 oz Orange Liqueur
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Sparkling water with lemon
Preparation: Stir over ice in wine glass.

5. CÎROC Coconut Sangria
(Pitcher)
10 oz CÎROC Coconut
5 oz white rum
15 oz green tea
10 oz pineapple juice
5 oz fresh lime juice
5 oz simple syrup
Preparation: Stir over ice in 64 oz pitcher.

(Single Cocktail)
1 oz CÎROC Coconut
.5 oz white rum
1.5 oz green tea
1 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Preparation: Stir over ice in wine glass.

6. CÎROC Summer Spice

1.5 oz Ciroc Red Berry Vodka
.75 oz lime Juice
.5 oz simple syrup
5 leaves basil
1 jalapeno slice, without the seeds
3 dashes celery bitters

Preparation: Muddle basil, jalapeno slice and celery bitters in a cocktail shaker. Add simple syrup, lime juice, and vodka. Pack with ice and shake 20 times. Double strain into an old fashion glass with ice. Garnish with a basil leaf.
